Just change the Name before Uploading it. . .if, you do.

A sound that comes from a Eleven Rack or a Mesa Boogie or any amp can't really be own. The methhod to get that sound: software, Equipment, etc can be copyrighted. In this case, the eleven rack is copyrighted. Harley Davidson tried to copyright their motorcycle's sound, but it was laughed out of court. . .Now, every bike from Japan sounds just like a HD.
