X is back with a brand new adventure, story & guitar solo.

The backing track was created for a Kiesel guitars solo contest/giveaway.

It took me 7-attempts at capturing a clean solo & the hardest part was adding in the Billy Sheehan type over the guitar neck harmonic type thingy. I thought that this would be a funny thing to do & look kind of cool.

I adopted a Star Wars theme as well.

This tone is from the Fractal AX8 & it's the Joe Satriani Marshall JS410 amp w/ a stereo Flanger & lots of the "Clyde" wah.

I know that this is NOT 11-Rack related & if that's an issue I can stop posting or take this thread down. I originally stopped posting here after switching from the 11-Rack after 5+ years on it. Actually I supported the Eleven Rack for 4-years longer then Avid ended up doing in the end!

In today's world amp modeling devices have come a very long way & I feel they have arrived. This all started w/ the 1st Axe Fx, then the 11-R & now Helix, Kemper & the AX8 are ALL just bringing it big time.

Remember kids: Its not about what gear brand you use, it's about what you create & do with the gear that you do use.
