Yup, just move the FX block last if you're loading cabinets with a Logidy EPSi, or if you're in Pro Tools just run everything into your IR loader. It gets rid of the digital artifacts and makes everything sound better that way & every impulse will give your preset a different color.
Sometimes it helps the feel a lot, which is why I decided that was the best way, initially. You can lose the feel with too much going on after the cabinet.
