Got the EVH V30 one and the Orange V30 one...

The EVH is OUTSTANDING. It beats them all in my opinion. Scumbacks, V30s, everything.

It brings the gain out more in all my patches, really cutting, yet full bodied. It's "bigger" and more dynamic than the others by far. Neck pup and middle single coil shreds nicely and you can get some mad pinch harmonics out of this thing.

Grabbed my son's guitar and tried it and absolutely growls for detuned riffs too. The others will still meh compared to the EVH.
