I may have possibly converted one guitar player who plays in a local cover band that does mostly 80's hard rock and some newer material. He's playing through a Marshall TSL head...but what's odd is he only uses the clean channel and the reverb and gets the majority of his sound from a Boss GT-10 - including all his distortion, effects, etc.?

He was at our last gig and was pretty amazed that I could get some many "warm, tube-like" tones from the 11R running straight into the PA. He uses a Marshall 4x12 that he mics for gigs. I listened to his band at a gig recently and though I liked his tone - I like what the 11R does WAY more:)
