My first impressions....

Wow, Seymour Duncan knocked it out of the part with this pedal. What a fantastic overdrive. Super super versatile. Great for studio - for live, I'd probably need like 5 because I wouldn't suggest tweaking the Drive button or the EQ with your toes.



For the sounds below, you'll hear the woofy tone as the dry elevenrack plexi-ish tone I use on my lighter stuff first.
The second, heavier tone is the heavy patch I use from the 11r. I haven't used the 6505 yet but later this week I will.

Sounds like it does everything the Maxon and TS9 can do. It's a bit "tighter" sounding like it'd be great for cleaner sonds too. Very versatile. I want to try out a few ODs in the near future, the Tone City Mandragora for dirty blues and the J Rockett Audio Blue Note which is great for less overdriven sounds and classic rock/blues.

Sounds like this 805 can do some nice clean & slightly overdriven OD sounds, indeed.

yep, really impressive pedal. Can't beat the $100 price tag I got it for.
