Did a bit of tweaking today which actually started out with the bass tone... (Go figure)
Anyway, I think I am getting closer to the "tone" I have in my head. I think its a vast improvement from my previous tunes.

I used my Schecter Banshee 6 for this one, 11R - Epsi/Ownhammer.

Let me know what you guys think.

i like the guitar tone from what i could hear on my new cheapo pc speakers. the bass guitar sounded pretty loud on these speakers, and it dominated the mix....so it was hard for me to really hear the guitar well.

Holy hell! That is really effin impressive! the mix seemed fine there, if anything the kick lacked some low end definition, but that sounds like pro studio production. Definitely 'pro' tone and playing! Holy crap! Your other EPSiScumBack tune is amazing as well!!!! Dude. I am needing work on my playing, you make me realize this.

I think the tone os pretty spot on for my taste. My next big issue is bass tone. Off to do some research

i listened again with my laptop pc and i could hear the guitar much better. i need to throw my cheap pc speakers away, they are too bass heavy.

i like the guitar tone. playing is great as usual.

i too think the kick drum could use a little low end.

Thanks guys, I went in and remixed it. Brought the bass down in the mix and tamed the lows a tad. I also bumped the kick drum a hair.

I'll stick with this template for now. We'll see how the next tune comes out.

Appreciate you all taking a listen.

Just a little recommendation here...The ENGL V30s are great for heavier stuff, I'm curious to hear them with this. They tighten things up for detuned riffs and still leave tons of room for solos. Can't wait to hear more of your stuff.

I got the 8 ohm one, this one says "Compared to the 8 ohm version of this speaker (T3903), the T3904 has more upper mid push." so thinking about getting the 16 for leads. Actually, gonna buy this one now because I forgot all about it lol THANKS! haha
