Yeah... that SM Pro looks nice but it's not for guitar... no proper input. The price of that Muse, though... yikes. I guess it's no surprise they haven't made waves in the industry.

the v machine has a guitar/line input, can be used, but its a bit underpowered right now cause it hasnt been upgraded since then, there was a guitar floorboard version wich sadly remained a prototype frown... the receprtor is a bit pricey its true, but its a preofessional tool, not a toy and it can do everything, not just guitar smile you can plug an entire band in the receptor and go live without a single other effect/amp/pre/ everything wink you can find used receptor for like $500

bah guys i tried the bias vst demo and all i can say its that it disappointed me... first of all the limitation on the demo are too severe, audio dropout every 7/10 second cant really make you happy.... then soundwise its the sema of iphone version thoug it has more bugs...and i was really expecting more... eqs have some bad interactions and reverb is baddy...on top of that they want me to pay 150$ for a mere port of a 15 $ app....... disappointed again

here some review wich says quite all i think

Look, I'm as much of a Positive Grid evangelist as any you'll meet. That said, there is no way in hell they'll get $150 from me for Bias desktop. Nor will they get $100. Or even $50. This is the same app I paid $20 for - with one new feature (tone-matching) - ported to the PC. Sadly, this is what I expected when I read PG was creating this version... they're going to give us the shaft on price, I know it. It seems, regrettably, that I was correct. If you can make a profit selling the apps for $20... you can make a profit selling the PC version for $20. Sorry, PG... you lose this round.

Also, from what I've read, the restrictions on the demo make it virtually useless to even try out. What are they thinking?!?!?

I use an app called OnSong. I think it was $10 from the Itunes store. Great app with lots of support. Found out about it from a guy using it on a cruise ship.
