i would think they would charge more because the market is higher. still will be better than some of the other options.

now that i've had a chance to really delve into what bias can do, i don't think any other app is as good to my ears anyway. i would have paid $100 for a version that runs on a pc and will allow me to easily save presets and share them.

Hi Ross, I've auditioned your Bias amps and downloaded the 800 and (just for fun) the metal amp. I like them both and 'Liked' them on Tone Cloud as well. The 800 was too bright for my mutant Blacktop Strat, but bringing the treble and presence down a bit resolved that issue. Good amps...

I'm not sure what happened to your Krunch amp... it was completely clean... no crunch at all. Maybe something got borked on the 'preview' button... I'll try again tomorrow.

Marc C.

P.S. I'd be curious to know what you think of my two favourite Bias creations... Marc Hvy Crunch and Marc ctry-blues.

Aussie, that's one of the two apps most discussed in this thread. It's a remarkable tool for getting the most out of a digital amp. I've used it to dial in my own custom amps that I export to JamUp, in which I add the FX I want. JamUp is currently what I'm using as my sound source for gigs.

Just downloaded orange by ikmultimedia , I think it's as good as bias, the regular amplitube , not so good ,but this is different, not as much to adjust ....... 14.99 we'll spent

i haven't tried bias in a few weeks, but when i did there was no comparison; the eleven rack was better to me.

bias is a cool little app for jamming with headphones. i made a couple presets, i was pretty happy with it. i could have plugged into a pa system and played with bias without much fuss, but i still rather the eleven rack.

i might try it out again later today and see if there are any updates.

I downloaded your presets and tried them, they arw good but to me still the 11 win hands down.i Also noticed you didnt use the para eq in bias, that can make a tldifference.did you Also tried jamup? I even like jamup amps better than bias ones... Dunno why but bias always seem no punchy to me...

If u wish try also the free ampkit by peavey, theres the valveking emulation wich i like a lot and i think u will like it too smile
