Some presets I can't load onto my 11r

is there a reason why? and is there a way i can fix this?? thank you!

Which presets? Do some load and others don't?

Can you explain a little more about the process you are using and the error you are getting?

yeah its only some presets. i can get some presets loaded but some wont. it will just bring up an error prompt and say unable to load preset.

first cause is firmware. if you don't see the Bogner amp model then you need the firmware update. loading newer presets into an older machine will cause that problem.

i used to be able to upload presets. then i did do a firmware update and then lost those presets and tried to upload again and didn't work. this was some time way last year. are you saying there is a more recent update ?

only one firmware update ever. if you have the Bogner amp model then you are current.

What version of firmware do you have?

Hold down the EDIT/BACK button and SCROLL all the way to the last page to where it says 'Firmware Version' and then press the SW1 button.

What does it say there?
