anyone experiencing similar issues

just started noticing my 11 rack is starting to go in cycles of more volume/ less volume. now, i have had my rack for a long time and it has had its fair share of use. no abuse, however. checked to make sure it wasn't a guitar or cord issue.

any ideas? luckily i have a second one.

my first thought is connections, especially if it's 1/4". spray some contact cleaner on the cables and jacks.
