Maybe a little to advanced for me.

I have a ground pro mission board and of course the 11 rack. My question is that I want the one preset without delay and the same preset with delay. Can this work. I tried but when I went to the next same preset it still included the delay.

Make preset (f.e.) No A1 with delay and preset A2 as a copy of A1. Then go to A2, mute the delay (bypass) and save it. It has to work.

How do I make a copy of a preset already designated as say A3? Sorry for being a newbi..

It is in the manual..;o) But if you have existing preset, just press "save" and roll right scroll button. Find the "new" preset and press save again. It will have the same name, but it will be on the new position as a copy.
