Volume on the eleven rack

I'm running a Crown xls amp and the eleven rack. My problem is when I switch from a preset that is distorted to a clean chorus preset set the volume is greatly diminished. Then I have to turn the amp way up. I've gone into the 11rack editor but to know avail. Any suggestions? Thanks

Well it's fixed for now. I know I did not touch any settings in the editor, so I just hit factory reset and all is good for now. Thanks Eric
