This is my son's solo, using his new Parker with the Eleven Rack.

your solo has Holdsworth written all over it. i love it. maybe a little deep in effects, but smoking nonetheless.

your son has a good sense of melody, i liked his solo as well.

Thanks! I felt his fit really well with this, he's good at mixing things up with jazzy and rock parts.

I really like your son's solo: very melodic AND shreddy.
Yours is maybe too shreddy for my tastes, but good work nonetheless.

Yeah it was tricky for me to do anything balanced, I had some melodic ideas then time was up. He changed things up nicely and was really polished and tasteful with it. There's only a few solos I like better than his, and mostly just because of their tone and adding a harmonies or something. For just straight up one shot soloing, he's one of the best. He'll never punch in anything, always works it out and gets it perfect or redoes it. I like how he flipped to the neck pickup. The switch on his Parker is up top, so is easy to do, but that was my favorite part because it was so seemless.
