Sounds a lot like some of the patches X-Mann posted here.

I had a similar sound using a Behinger TO800 and dialing up something on the SLO Clean amp with the White Boost, but I had Duncan Distortions at the time also. His NIG boost sounds about like the TO800, it's a more classic sounding overdrive that mellows everyting out. I've been thinking about getting another one because it's very subtle, but adds some feel and sustain & they're like $20 now.

I have a Vai preset that is close. just roll off some highs and you are there.
