Not sure about the sound you're looking for(I loved Devin Townsend with Strapping Young Lad on the album "City"), however Singtall has one of the best acoustic presets I've ever heard in his superpack. I believe it's a Dream Theater one:

the echo and delay are about the only thing you will be able to get without having a similar guitar.
