Foot controller

Is there a small 3 or 4 button foot controller that could be used with 11R?
One that doesn't break the bank.

If you have one for sale, let me know.

My solution was an old vox multi fx pedal, any multi with midi will do the job.
Bonus is they are usually built to take the abuse and are already labelled up for guitar use.
You can pick em up on the bay pretty cheap. And if all goes horribly wrong at a gig you have a back up to finish the night.

Can you define "break the bank"? I bought an FCB1010 with the Eureka chip for around $170 total, and it is amazing.

I bought Control 8 for U$100, so less complicated 3 or 4 button switch should not be more than $100ish.
That's not my limit thou.

FCB1010 is huge - something to consider if it was "last footswitch on earth".

I don't need expression pedals or fancy display. Buttons and LED's - that's all I need.

Everyone I know uses either an FCB1010 or a GroundControl, I am sure other things would work but I don't know of any..

I find the unit well built. The switches are different, but very good. Can be used in simple to more complex ways.

Well, I came across new FCB1010 and bought it.
Works good.

I will keep checking FleaBay for 4 button midi, but now I can relax while playing with Behringer and Digitech Control 8.

The Control 8 is for sale now. $100 plus shipping.

Did you order the chip? It really makes it a no brainer to set up and use.

I won't be going the chip way. Got the FCB just to have it at home, but eventually I will re-sell it. Likely as soon as I get 4 button controller.

By the way, my Marshall JMP-1 came with 4 button footswitch. I have felling that it is MIDI and are just wondering...
What would happen if I cut it and install regular MIDI plug on it?
Will it work with my 11R?
Maybe it is time to visit my electronics supply store, and build conversion box instead of cutting it.

The question remains: will it work without damaging anything?

If it does, I will sell JMP with Control 8 and keep the 4 button switch for 11R.

I found two places selling Randall RF4. One local, and one on the net in Canada.
Went to the local store after calling to make sure it is MIDI RF4, confirmed with the sales ddude, paid, taken it home. When unpacked, I found RF4G3 in the box.
Lesson learned: don't buy from Innovations Music - EVER AGAIN.

The second one I found is at lamusilamusic.ca CAD $83 all in. Ordered. Hopefully is the right one as per picture and description on their web site.
