The problem:

11R works with the standalone editor BUT does not show as connected in the preferences panel and does not show as an enabled path in PT

The info:

11R -- firmware version: 2.0.1 build 0.1.5.7, software version: 1.2.5

PT -- 12.2.0.152 listed as current in Avid Application Manager

OSX -- 10.11 Beta (15A278b) 6th public beta version

I understand that this may well be due to the OSX beta. If this is so and someone can confirm that, then that's fine.

But I want to make sure that something else didn't get screwed up somehow.

El Capitan is not yet officially supported by Avid for ProTools at time.

Probably need to roll back the OS.
