Smokie new member Registered: 12/26/12 Posts: 1	Hi everyone, I just got my brand new Eleven Rack but encountered a problem. Any help given is greatly appreciated. The Eleven Rack comes bundled with Pro Tools 10.3.2. Software already installed, including latest driver 1.0.5 for my iMac (Snow Leopard 10.6.8), iLok activated, then hook up the 11R to iMac via USB. Switched on the 11R, open Pro Tools then the following happens: 1) Pro Tools quits unexpectedly, then when i click "reopen" -> 2) A message then prompt me - "PRO TOOLS COULD NOT INITIATE THE CURRENT PLAYBACK DEVICE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DEVICE HAS BEEN CONFIGURED CORRECTLY" 3) Then when I clicked "ok", it just closes. ...this cycle repeats everytime I tried opening the Pro Tools Note: Even when I disconnect the USB to just open Pro Tools, the same error message prompted me. Hopefully some experts here can tell me what I did wrong, thank you. Cheers!
