Can you program to increment by 1 and decrement by 1 patch

in other words go up or down

Absolutley YES!

Just get yourself 2 Boss FS-5U control foot switches (or similar)and connect to the Ext. Footswitch jack at the back of 11R by using one 1/4" TRS to 2 TS 1/4" cable.

1) From the front panel of 11R, press and hold the EDIT/BACK switch until the User Options manual appears.
2) Use the Scroll knob to highlight the External Pedals function and hit SW1, then select DUAL FOOTSWITCHES function
3) Use the corresponding knobs to select Function A & B to be NEXT RIG and PREVIOUS RIG or Vice Versa.
4) Hit EIT/BACK switch once to exit user Options menu.
5) Enjoy
