EZ Drummer as a VST plugin. I have most of the EZX libraries. I also recently purchased the "Rock Songs" midi pack which has some great beats, fills and total song arrangements. I don't generally like or use loops, but the EZ Drummer beats are all drag n drop midi files that you can edit in your sequencer.
The new Metal Heads EZX library is amazing.

I personally use Beta Monkey Drum Loops. In my opinion, they sound the best and real drums are used in the recording of them. Check out the sound of these drums by listening to a few songs I've used them on.

Good luck!
