Sorry for easy english.

You can do this, but you have to go from Mesa through FX Loop. Not from the main outpuit (it is to guitar box).
It means. Mesa - FX Loop send - 11R - Studio Monitors.
Dont Forget to use guitar box with mesa. You need it to connect to Output. If you dont make it, you will brake you amp.

And you think it worth it? i mean a mesa boogie head amp is not cheap, so it worth to spent such amount? it makes a difference? Thanks!

He means guitar cab, you have to make sure your Mesa output is connected to an unpowered speaker/cab/loadbox or you can damage it.

You can either do:

A. (1)guitar - (2)11r - (3)Mesa - (4)guitar cab

OR

B. [1]guitar - [2]mesa input - [3]mesa's FX send to 11r input - [4]11r output to mesa FX return - [5]mesa speaker output to guitar cab

OR

C. Hook the 11r to the Mesa using 4channel method (google it to see how)

The mesa always needs to have its speaker out connected to a cab/speaker/load box..

And do you have Mesa already, or do you want to buy it?

I have the "best" solution for you. Dont use Mesa, but use only 11R with some "mesa like" preset to the active Speaker (box). "Cheap" and good sounding solution.

Normal ( I mean guy without "batman" ears) guys are not able to recognize the different.
