For 24 hours (regular $150).

30 Band EQ, frequency analysis. I've wanted something like this because I'm not the best at tone matching and would like to improve, also thinking maybe I could make some tone match IRs with this. The tones I've had the hardest time with like Greg Howe have been artists that I've caught with 30 band EQs on their rigs. This should be quite useful for all kinds of stuff. The "step" EQ thing is something I never even knew you could do (a producer on the overview calls it the Mesa EQ), and I don't think anything else can do that, those extra bands let you zero out before the next freqency when they are very close instead of always losing and gaining with bell curves and Graphic EQs with less bands.

Yeah VST/RTAS upgrae to your usual EQs basically. I like that it's represented much like a paremetric EQ so you still have that view to work with so you can see exactly what is going on. But there's plateus and platforms instead of everything being based on curves with the modern setting. So you could very well make puzzle pieces with tracks and end up with less phasing and unwanted frequencies so that your other tracks have more room in the mix. There is a live application for this also, but I don't know all the details on how to set that up.

Enjoying this so far just working with two guitar tracks on a bus, if you unlink the stereo, you have two EQs and gain settings so it really streamlines the process of balancing guitar tracks. It helps me more to see the freqencies also so I can see what I should possiby cut instead of just using my ears, which aren't really tuned to what would work in a mix so much. Maybe I can break my personal preferences a bit and get more suitable sounds for mixes now.
