I'm getting a humming noise from different presets. A clean preset no hum when I go to a more distorted preset hum is apparent. Is there a noise gate in the 11 rack that I can use and if so where in the chain do I put it? I have tried different cables also and all the same. did not change anything prior it just seemed to show up now more so. Thanks.

Yes there is a noise gate put it at the beginning of your signal chain I have heard of some people putting it right before the amplifier after their distortion and other effects they have before the amp sim but I always put mine at the beginning of the signal chain.
