These are all Rock Solid choices & no matter what you decide you'll be very happy!

I'm a huge Carvin (aka Kiesel) Guitar fan & have been for a little over 3-years now. The quality of the woods used & constructing are just stellar. The 5-piece necks are what's got me hooked & the 14" flame maple fingerboard & the tung oil necks.

The little inside thing that I kind of fell into is why I think Carvin is a special company & really going somewhere. I've been able to talk w/ The entire Carvin Crüe & they are all very down to Earth guys that just LOVE what they do. Jeff, Manny, Chris, Albert, Mike & Flock bleed Carvin day & night!

Based on your style & these 3-choices, my order of excitement is as follows:

1 - The Vadar - It's NOT your fathers guitar!
2 - The DC line is SO Metal!
3 - The SCB can look amazing if you spec it right.

They are building great guitars right now. And since NAMM, they have so many new options, styles and finishes. The woods they are using are absolutely pieces of art. I don't think there is a better choice out there right now.

Wll someone mentioned kemper and axefx and totally threw me off. Lol....
Still leaning towards the Carvin though.

I think the 11r sounds pretty good and i probably wont see $2000 in improved tone.
