weatherandage new member Registered: 01/27/17 Posts: 5	yeah its only some presets. i can get some presets loaded but some wont. it will just bring up an error prompt and say unable to load preset.

singtall veteran member Registered: 09/06/10 Posts: 3540 Loc: Louisiana	first cause is firmware. if you don't see the Bogner amp model then you need the firmware update. loading newer presets into an older machine will cause that problem.

weatherandage new member Registered: 01/27/17 Posts: 5	i used to be able to upload presets. then i did do a firmware update and then lost those presets and tried to upload again and didn't work. this was some time way last year. are you saying there is a more recent update ?

Hold down the EDIT/BACK button and SCROLL all the way to the last page to where it says 'Firmware Version' and then press the SW1 button. What does it say there? We will do our best to help you but you need to supply the info.. or don't..
