Ran across these looking for some Vox AC30 cabinets and liked what I heard. They all have nice bite to them, in a nice way. Something to listen to samples out there and see if it's worth trying. Defnitely helps the plugin amp sims like TH2 and out.
The people are pretty cool and have some good points about making impulses that sound good in mixes. The samples are just with free amp sim plugins out there, so again I have no way of knowing what they'll be like for our racks, but I like what they have done. They have cabs like Blackstar HT, 5150, Suhr, and 3rd Power also.
Still thinking the bluesy and mid gain stuff is their standout, probably gonna pick up the AC30 and report back, but here's a big list of comparison videos for reference with many of the same DIs running through them. They definitely put more into getting out the samples and doing YouTube comparisons and that's commendable.
Here's some 7 string riff sounds, I started to love these once I mixed and matched instead of using the same impulse on both tracks. I just used my Van Halen preset with nothing but chorus and EQs on the left track and EQs off for the right one.
